TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) units are originally medical devices used for therapeutic purposes. Due to the use of electrical currents, they do come with some restrictions, such as not using them near the neck, heart, with pacemakers, ... but are otherwise designed to be safe for use on the human body. I want to try estim on my balls, but I have a couple questions. First, does it really fry the balls, meaning you are risking permanent damage to the nerves? Second, what does it feel like: is it a pressure, an irritation, a buzzing? There must be a limit to using electro on the body, and maybe Alfred and Red are close to that limit. These two are an amazing duo and I admire Red for his stamina. Clearly, he loves it! I imagine a guy would have to work up to taking estim at that level and for that long.
